Cotton Piece-Dyed Corduroy Fabric Manufacturers

Corduroy fabric is characterized by durability.  It has a uniform vertical stripe pattern distributed throughout the fabric.  According to the number of stripes counted in 1 inch, it can be divided into corduroy straight strip fabrics of different thicknesses from 2.5W to 28W.  This kind of fabric has a good three-dimensional effect, rich fluff, and soft hand feel, is easy to dye, comfortable to wear, and is a natural and environmentally friendly fabric.  When the pile is upward, the color reflection is very bright;  when the pile is downward, the color reflection of the same piece of fabric is darker;  generally, exported clothing usually uses the fleece upward, while domestic ones use the fleece downward to facilitate the use of clothing.  It has soft raised fluff, round and plump, thick texture, soft hand feel, good warmth retention, good breathability, strong moisture absorption, and is comfortable to wear.  This is especially true for our Cotton Piece-Dyed Corduroy Fabric.

What is the weaving structure of cotton piece-dyed corduroy fabric? How did it form?
The weaving structure of cotton piece-dyed corduroy fabrics mainly has the following characteristics:
1. Structure of latitudinal protrusion:
- This fabric adopts a weft-first weaving method, making the weft threads more prominent and obvious on the surface.
- The weft density is high, forming a parallel fine stripe texture.
2. Velvet texture:
- Through a special weaving process, a fine and uniform velvet texture is formed on the surface of the fabric.
- These pile textures add fluffiness and soft touch to the fabric.
3. Double-layer structure:
- Corduroy fabrics usually adopt a double-layer weaving structure, with the inner layer serving as the base fabric and the outer layer forming a velvet texture.

This unique woven structure is formed through the following process:
